CORAM : Manish Pitale J DATED : 21.08.2019 The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 989 days in filing the appeal to challenge Judgment and order dated 28.03.2016 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur. Although the delay is huge, but it is pointed out in the application for condonation of delay that the appellant is a 70 years old lady, widow of the deceased and there are reasons stated in the application pointing out the circumstances resulting in delay in approaching this Court. 2.

Notice was issued on the present application on 25.03.2019. Although the learned counsel for the respondent has objected to condoning the delay, considering the peculiar circumstances of the present case, the application is allowed and delay is condoned.
