After arguing for some time, learned Senior Counsel Mr. Anil Mardikar for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant would surrender himself before the police authority or the Court on or before 30th of April, 2015. Mr. Mardikar also submits that the applicant was protected by this Court by an interim order dated 31/03/2015 and the applicant complied with the directions of this Court and thus prays for extension of the interim order for a period of two weeks.

Mrs. Deshmukh, the learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the extension of interim order.

Considering the fact that the applicant was protected by this Court, the extension to the interim protection is granted till 30th of April, 2015. It is made clear that this extension to the protection expires on 30th of April, 2015.

The application is disposed of in above terms. JUDGE *sdw
