Learned Advocate for the petitioner (original informant) states that the petitioner - informant has filed appeal under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the judgment passed by Sessions Court acquitting the accused and notice of that appeal is already issued by this Court. It is submitted that in view of this fact, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to agitate the points raised in this petition in that appeal. The petition is disposed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that the points raised in this petition are not adverted to on merits.
