Shri Narnaware, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order of which the contempt is alleged need not be acted upon, as in a subsequent writ petition filed by the petitioner, certain orders are passed and the services of the petitioner stand protected, in view of those orders.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.

With the dismissal of the contempt petition, the civil applications stand disposed of.
