This Court vide judgment dated 10.02.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.7281 of 2022 dismissed the writ petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, interim order was continued for four weeks.

Thereafter, application for extension of interim protection was moved vide Civil Application No.622 of 2023, which was allowed. However, while allowing the said application vide order dated 06.03.2023, it was made clear that for any reason the interim protection will not be extended, beyond the period mentioned in the order dated 06.03.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is now again praying for continuation of the protection. As this Court has already observed vide order dated 06.03.2023 that on any ground or for any reason, the interim protection will not be continued after lapse of period mentioned in the said order, the present application is rejected.
