Pursis has been filed on behalf of respondent no.2 in which it is stated that the term of the earlier Board of Trustees expired on 31.10.2019. In the subsequent process for appointment of Board of Trustees the respondent no.2 did not participate in the interview that was conducted on 04.11.2019.
