Present appeal is under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, against the judgment and award dated 27.08.2020 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldana, in M.A.C.P. No.170 of 2016.

Issue notice to the respondents. Appellant is permitted to serve the respondents by all modes of service. 3.

Appellant to file private paper-book within eight weeks after receipt of record and proceedings.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.2301 OF 2022 6.

By this application, the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed in M.A.C.P. No.170 of 2016 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldana.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest within eight weeks, the effect,

54 FA-828-2022 operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed in M.A.C.P. No.170 of 2016 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
