This writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 08.03.2019 passed by the trial Court below Exhibit 5. By that order, a show cause notice was issued to the defendant as to why the injunction as prayed for should not be granted.

It is submitted that the trial Court has posted the matter to 04.04.2019.

Besides the fact that the order dated 08.03.2019 is an appealable order under provisions of Order XLI Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, considering the interlocutory nature of the order, I am not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction. It is open for the plaintiff to serve the defendant expeditiously and move the trial Court for consideration of the application below Exhibit 5. All the points raised are kept open.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
