It is stated that acquiring body was not made party in the reference proceeding. The acquiring body is aggrieved by the judgment and award passed by the reference Court. 4.

In view of the facts stated in the application, leave as prayed for is granted. The applicant No.1 i.e. proposed appellant No.1 is permitted to file the appeal. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
