This is an application moved on behalf of respondent no.1 for withdrawal of balance amount deposited in this Court by the petitioners. It is pointed out in the application that the respondent no.1 was permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount during the pendency of the writ petition. This was the amount deposited by the petitioners in terms of the impugned order of the Industrial Court passed in favour of the respondent no.1.

On 25.01.2018, this Court dismissed the writ petition on merits. On this basis, it is submitted in the application that the respondent no.1 is entitled to withdraw the balance amount of 50% lying in this Court. 4.

Since the writ petition itself has been dismissed, this application deserves to be allowed.
