IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR Writ Petition No.1897/2014 Mul Taluka Yuvak Biradari Sanghatana and 21 others Vs. State of Mah. and others.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's or directions and Registrar's orders.

Orders.

Shri P.V. Thakre, Advocate for petitioner.

Shri Khubalkar, AGP for respondents.

CORAM : B.P. Dharmadhikari & A.P. Bhangale, JJ DATE : 16th February, 2015.

Heard Shri Thakre, Advocate for the petitioners and Shri Khubalkar, AGP for the respondents.

Perused paragraph nos. 4, 5 and 6 of reply-affidavit filed by the respondent no.4-Tahsildar.

This Court has on 6th January, 2015 while adjourning the matter to today directed the State Government to take decision on proposal forwarded to it by the Tahsildar.

Affidavit filed by Tahsildar shows that such proposal is already pending with respondent nos. 1 and 2. In this situation though the learned AGP is opposing any time-bound programme, we direct the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to consider it within a period of four months from today. With this direction and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of writ petition. No costs.
