Both these Criminal Applications are arising out of Crime No. 43/2021 registered with Durgapur Police Station, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 448, 427, 395, 324, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Besides usual grounds, applicants are claiming bail on the ground of parity by citing common

order dated 20.04.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Application Nos. 228/2021 and others. 4.

The State has opposed the application by submitting that the offence is of grave nature. 5.

At the instance of a first information report lodged by one Raju Gorli dated 17.03.2021, a crime came to be registered. The first information report no where disclose any distinct role played by applicants. Moreover, the learned A.P.P. is unable to point out any material to show specific role of applicants. 6.

Some of the similarly situated co-accused are already released by this Court vide order dated 20.04.2021. There is no reason to take a different view, and therefore, applicants are entitled to grant of bail on the ground of parity. Hence, the following order.

(i) Criminal Applications are allowed and disposed of.

(ii) Applicants/accused namely (1) Ravi Shrinivas Pawar and (2) Briznandan Jagjivan Mazi in Criminal Application (BA) No. 347/2021 and Ajay Laxman Revelli - applicant in Criminal Application (BA) No.

353/2021 are ordered to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 43/2021 registered with Durgapur Police Station, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 448, 427, 395, 324, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code on their furnishing P.R.

Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) Applicants to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m.

to 12.00 noon till the filing of charge sheet. (iv) Applicants shall not enter the territorial limits of Durgapur Police Station till the filing of charge sheet.

(v) Applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence.
