This is an application filed by respondent No.2 - Insurance Company to deposit the amount of compensation of Rs.80,000/- as per the order of Lok-Adalat dated 11/12/2021.

Without prejudice to the contention of the claimant as to the exact amount to be deposited, the respondent No.2 is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation of Rs.80,000/- in terms of the order passed by the Lok-Adalat within a period of one week from today.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2 is permitted to file his power along with the cheque within a period of one week from today.
