The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction against the respondent no.2-Zilla Parishad, to grant permission for the inter-District transfer of the petitioner from Solapur Zilla Parishad to Bhandara Zilla Parishad. Shri R.S.Khobragade, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 Zilla Parishad states that as per the turn of the petitioner in view of the list maintained by the respondent no.2Zilla Parishad for effecting the inter-District transfers to respondent no.2-Zilla Parishad, the respondent no.2 would consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Since the respondent no.2-Zilla Parishad is ready to consider the claim of the petitioner for transfer to the respondent no.2-Zilla Parishad, as per his turn, in the list maintained by the respondent no.2, by accepting the statement,we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
