O R D E R

(Dated 08/02/2020) Both the parties along with their Advocates are present. Both the parties settled their claim in full and final settlement for Rs.2,50,000/- (Rs. Two lakh fifty thousand only) in addition to the amount awarded by the Tribunal.

The respondent No.2 - Insurance Company shall deposit the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rs. Two lakh fifty thousand only) in the Registry of the High Court, Nagpur within a period of 60 days from today. On failure to deposit the said amount within stipulated time, it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum. The appellant is entitled to withdraw the aforesaid amount. The appeal is disposed of accordingly, in terms of compromise ' X'
