Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard Shri S. V. Deshmukh learned counsel for the petitioners - original complainant, who are the wife and the daughter of deceased Anil Palkar.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, some other persons are required to be joined as accused persons. Therefore, this Writ Petition is filed. 4.

In our view, the Trial Court has ample power under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to join a person as an accused, if during trial the role of such a person surfaces though he is not made as an accused. In view of this, there is no merit in this Writ Petition, it is disposed of.

Needless to say that all pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
