Mr. K.L. Dharmadhikari, the learned A.G.P. has put in appearance on instructions given by Shri R.G. Chedge, Sr. Consultant, P & A, Maharashtra State, Textile Corporation, Authorized Signatory for petitioner, who is present in the Court.

Pursuant to the order passed by the Court on 06.05.2015, the learned A.G.P. has filed pursis dated 26.06.2015, singed by Shri Chedge, Sr. Consultant, explaining the circumstances under which Shri A.B. Muktewar, Advocate was asked to file the petition. It is stated in the pursis that in view of the provisions of the Rules for Conduct of Legal Affairs of the Government, 1984, the Law and Judiciary Department has taken objection for appointment of Shri A.B. Muktewar, Advocate in this matter. It is stated in the pursis that the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition through the office of the Government Pleader, Nagpur.

The pursis is taken on record.
