2] The impugned order rejects the application for recalling of witness PW-1 on the ground that the cross conducted of PW-1 was inadequate, as found on account of change of counsel.

3] Inadequacy of cross examination found on account of change of counsel cannot be a ground to permit recall, considering which the petition is dismissed. No costs.
