The appellant seeks to bring on record the legal representatives of the of deceased appellant No. 1 after condoning the delay in filing the application.

The appeal was disposed of by judgment dated 08.08.2019. Learned counsel for the appellant states that due to inadvertence, the legal representatives of the appellant No. 1, remained to be brought on record.

The appellant Nos. 2 and 3, who are the sons of the appellant No. 1 are already on record. Learned counsel for appellant states that the legal representatives whose names are specified in para 5 of Civil Application No. 1038/2020 are the other legal representatives of the deceased - appellant who are required to be brought on record. Hence, there is no abatement. Hence, the applications are allowed. The legal representatives of the deceased appellant No. 1, whose names are specified in para 5 of the Civil application No. 1038/2020 be brought on record within one week. Cause title be amended accordingly. 3.

Both applications stand disposed of.
