Pursuant to the earlier orders Smt Gurbachan Kaur Budhraja aged 84 years is physically present in Court and is identified by Shri D. V. Mahajan, counsel appearing for respondent No.1. 2.

During the interaction, the said lady has stated that she has no complaint against the respondent No.1 or the petitioner and she has stayed with them at Raipur or Nagpur on her own will and cause. 2.
