DATE : 18.4.2016 Heard Shri A.S. Kilor, advocate for the applicant and Shri N.B. Jawade, A.P.P. for the non-applicant.

The applicant is arrested on 13th February, 2016 in offence registered against four persons (including the applicant) for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 354, 452, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that co-accused Satyabhama and co-accused Haridas are granted bail by the Sessions Court. It is further pointed out that the non-applicant has not been able to show that the custody of applicant is required for further investigation. It is prayed that the applicant be released on bail.

2 ba225.16 However, considering the nature of incident, the nature of accusations against the applicant and as the investigation is still under progress, I am not inclined to consider the prayer of the applicant at present. The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to move application again after six weeks. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.374/2016 In view of disposal of main application, this application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
