Heard. Despite grant of opportunity the learned counsel for the non-applicant has not appeared.

2] This is an application seeking certain minor typographical corrections in the order dated 01/03/2021 passed by this Court in Civil Application (O) No. 1508/2019 in Family Court Appeal No.

88/2014 (D).

3] We have perused the application, reply and the aforesaid order. On due consideration, the following corrections shall be carried out :

i.

That in third line of para 12 of the aforesaid order, instead of word "salary", the word "pursis" shall be replaced. That in sixth line of the

1CAO 311.2021 same para, instead of word "seventh", the word "sixth" shall be replaced.

ii.

That in sixth line of para 18, instead of phrase "enhanced amount of maintenance", the phrase "periodical payment" shall be replaced. iii.

That the last three words of para 22, i.e., "towards her maintenance" shall be deleted.

4] In the above terms, the application is allowed. The order dated 01/03/2021 passed by this Court in Civil Application (O) No. 1508/2019 In Family Court Appeal No. 88/2014 (D) be corrected as above, and correct order be uploaded on the website of the High Court.

5] The Civil Application stands disposed of.
