Mr.S.K.Mishra, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 9 states that steps to comply with the order dt.11.10.2011 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4066 of 2011 have already been initiated. The Departmental Promotion Committee, on 15.12.2014, recommended the name of Mr.A.R.Talatule (petitioner in Writ Petition No.6155 of 2013) for said promotion and the Municipal Commissioner has, after endorsing that recommendation, placed the subject before the General Body Meeting. The General Body Meeting is likely to be held within next four weeks.

71cp80.14 Hence, with a further direction to the respondents to consider that recommendation in the General Body Meeting of Nagpur Municipal Corporation within four weeks from today, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition. No costs.
