In the connected matter, i.e., First Appeal St. No. 20761 of 2014, this Court has permitted the claimant to withdraw fifty per cent of the amount upon furnishing a usual undertaking and the balance fifty per cent upon furnishing a solvent security, both to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial].

In view of this, the claimant is permitted to withdraw fifty per cent of the amount deposited, upon

furnishing a usual undertaking and the balance fifty per cent, upon furnishing a solvent security, both to the satisfaction of Registrar [Judicial] of this Court. Civil Application stands disposed of.
