These are applications filed on behalf of the petitioners for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no.6, along with prayers for condonation of delay and setting aside abatement. Although the delay is substantial, for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the petitioners are permitted to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no.6.
Consequential amendment be made within a period of one week and upon such amendment being made, notice be issued to the said legal representatives returnable within three weeks.
Civil Application No.523/2018 This is an application seeking permission to serve respondent Nos.8(1) to 8(e) through paper publication. For the reasons stated in the application,

The proof of such paper publication be placed on record within a period of four weeks. Civil Application no.524/2018 This is an application for seeking permission to delete respondent no.12 from the array of the respondents. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondent no.12 is deleted from the array of the respondents at the risk of the petitioners.
