The learned Counsel for the applicant fairly points out the order dated 15-03-2019 in the Criminal Revision Applications 156 of 2018 and 191 of 2018 whereby the applications seeking discharge preferred by co-accused are held to be correctly rejected by the trial Court. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant states that in view of the said finding, the applicant is not pressing this Criminal Revision Application and the contentions may be left open. 3.

The Criminal Revision Application is disposed of as not pressed leaving open the contentions to be decided by the trial Court after the evidence is adduced.
