The advocate for the petitioner states that he has filed pursis dated 24th April, 2017 and along with it demand draft for Rs.5,50,000/- is submitted to the Registry of this Court.

Accepting the submission, the order passed by this Court on 6th March, 2017, by which the interim order came to be vacated, is recalled.

The interim order granted on 29th July, 2016 shall continue to operate until further orders.

The amount deposited by the petitioner shall be kept in fixed deposit in a nationalized bank until further orders.

The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
