This is an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. This appeal is filed because the learned Special Judge was pleased to dismiss the application for bail (Exhibit-3) in Special Criminal Case (POCSO) No. 93 of 2020.

(2) After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant Shri Awchat and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Ghodeswar and after perusing the chargesheet when the Court was about to dismiss the appeal, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal.

(3) The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

(5) Since appellant is in jail learned Judge at Yavatmal before whom Special Criminal Case (POCSO) No.93 of 2020 is pending shall decide the trial as early as possible and within nine months from today.
