This is an application for seeking direction to the bailiff for affixing/pasting notice on the address of the non-applicant.

It is stated that the notices were issued in this matter on 03.02.2023 and while the bailiff tried to serve the non-applicant in the first attempt, it was seen that the door of the non-applicant on the first address was locked. The service of the notice on second and fourth addresses could not be effected due to non-applicant has vacated premises and the service of the notice on the third address at Mumbai, is awaited.

It is therefore, prayed that the notice to the non-applicant may be permitted to affix/paste in the address of the non-applicant which is a registered address and last known address.

In the above referred facts and circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer made in the application.
