DATE : 12.10.2015 The learned Counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the grievance of the petitioner nos.1 and 2 stands redressed in the entirety but the grievance of the petitioner nos.3 to 5 in respect of leave encashment is not satisfied. It is the case of the petitioner nos.3 to 5 that certain leave is accumulated to the credit of the petitioner nos.3 to 5 but the respondent no.4 has denied the said fact. It is stated that the petitioner nos.3 to 5 are inclined to avail appropriate remedy for seeking the benefit towards leave encashment. Since all other grievances of the petitioner stand satisfied and since the petitioner nos.3 to 5 are ready to avail the appropriate remedy for seeking the benefit of leave encashment, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The point in regard to leave encashment is kept open. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
