The petitioner has raised a temporary construction admittedly without seeking permission from the Corporation. The petitioner has been served by impugned communication dated 28.08.2020 in terms of Section 55 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 directing for removal of unauthorized temporary structure.

The petitioner seeks for withdrawal with liberty to approach to the Corporation for permission in terms of provisions of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 and Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations, 2020. The petitioner also seeks for certain protection.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.

Since the interim order is running from the year

2 21.wp.3132.2021 2021, the same shall continue for eight weeks from today.
