Learned A.G.P. has produced the communication dated 22nd June, 2018 sent by State Government to Director of Education to urge that order has been complied with. It appears that upgradation of petitioner as full time Librarian has been approved from 1.4.2006.

Though there is some delay as we do not see any mala fides, we dispose of the contempt petition. Needless to mention that if petitioner has got any grievance, he can approach competent Authority / Court as per law.
