The ex-servicemen who are allotted the surplus land, and who are affected by the interim order which is operating in the petition, are seeking to intervene.

For the reasons stated, we allow the application and permit the applicants to intervene.

The intervenors may file their affidavit in response within two weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader Mr. Ukey is also seeking two weeks time to file affidavit in response. 5.

Considering that the interim order is operating, we make it clear that the hearing shall not be adjourned and no further time to file affidavit in response shall be granted. 6.

The interim order shall continue to operate till the next date of hearing.
