On the last occasion, the Appellant was to file a fresh calculation sheet with respect to the amounts deposited in this Court and the amounts to be paid to the land owner and to be returned to the Appellant.

By way of a Pursis dated 23.09.2022, the Appellant has filed a calculation sheet, which clearly indicates that a sum of Rs.3,63,227/- was deposited in this Court vide order dated 20.02.2016. Out of this amount, a sum of Rs.1,12,215/- is due to the land owner, who is the claimant herein and the balance amount of Rs.2,51,012/- is to be refunded to the Appellant. 3.

In view of the above, let an amount of Rs.1,12,215/- lying in this Court be allowed to be withdrawn by the land owner/claimant with interest, if any. Let the balance amount of Rs.2,51,012/- be refunded to the Appellant with interest, if any. The civil application stands disposed in the above terms.
