By the said order, this Court had permitted to the original Claimants (Respondent nos. 1 to 4) to withdraw the 50% amount deposited in ' this Court'. It is stated that the amount is deposited before the learned Commissioner under Workmen'

s Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Buldhana.
