We have heard the respective counsel for some time. We are inclined to set aside the impugned order, which was stayed by this Court by a speaking order dated 9-5-2024.

Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside. 3.
Shri Chopde, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.1 with written notes and all other relevant documents on 18-7-2024 and conclude the hearing on the very same day.

We direct the respondent No.1 to pass a fresh order within a period of one week, i.e. till 25-7-2024.

The petitioner, at the time of appearing before the respondent No.1, shall furnish his e-mail address and mobile number so as to enable the respondent No.1 to communicate the fresh order to be passed in his matter. 6.
We expect the respondent No.1 to communicate the order to the petitioner by 26-7-2024.

Needless to observe that the respondent No.1 while passing the order shall be sensitive to the submissions made by the petitioner and shall deal with all those submissions.

The order passed by the respondent No.1, if it is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, shall remain stayed up to 5-8-2024. 9.
