Learned A.P.P. is seeking time, however, we find that the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings on 19.09.2016. The said settlement was placed before the concerned Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, however, for want of jurisdiction cognizance thereof could not be taken. 3.
