Heard. Perused the contents of the civil application. For the reasons recorded in paragraph 3 of the civil application, we grant the prayer made in Prayer Clause (ii) of the civil application and permit the applicant to deposit Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand) towards arrears of maintenance within a period of three months.
The applicant is also directed to pay the monthly maintenance of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) regularly. At the request of the learned counsel for the non-applicant/ respondent, we direct the applicant to deposit the monthly maintenance regularly in the joint account of the non-applicant/ respondent and her minor son bearing No.242501000001122 having I.F.S.C.Code-IOBA0002425 and M.I.C.R. Code440020009. The non-applicant/Wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) deposited by the applicant in this Court.
The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
