Pursuant to the direction given by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2025, the Registrar (Judicial) has calculated the amount to be deposited by the cross-objector totaling to Rs.1,15,03,616/- up to the date of 09.12.2024. The cross-objector is directed to deposit the balance amount calculating the interest upto the date of depositing. 2.

Needless to mention that in view of the order dated 10.02.2025, the applicant/appellant is permitted to withdraw the 50% of the total decreetal amount.

In view of this observation, the application is disposed of.
