Prayer is to continue the position as existing today in Chandrapur District for a period of eight weeks to enable the petitioners to approach before the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter. The learned counsel also states as the orders were pronounced yesterday after noon, copies are still not available for perusal.

The learned Government Pleader opposing the
31032015cawno.668.2015 2 request points out that there were no interim orders operating at any point of time. This Court, for the reasons recorded, found it not proper to grant interim relief.

This court has admitted the writ petitions for final hearing. The contentions raised by the respective counsel are prima facie looked into and this court has recorded that no case was made out for granting interim relief. In this situation, in the light of the said findings, request made by Advocate Shri Shakti Singh cannot be granted. Application is, therefore, rejected.
