This is an application seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.10.2021 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati, in claim Petition No.230/2014.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant prays for a stay and submits that the entire amount of Rs.34,39,000/- along with interest @ 7% will be deposited in this Court within eight weeks.

Let the amount be deposited in this Court within eight weeks. The impugned judgment and Prity
