Heard learned counsel Shri M.A. Kadu for the applicant. Though served, nobody appeared on behalf of the claimants. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri S.D. Sirpurkar appears for non-applicant Nos.2 and 3/State.

It is the statement of learned counsel Shri M.A. Kadu for the applicant that, in view of orders passed by this Court on 7.2.2018 and 6.8.2018, entire decretal amount is already deposited under Pursis vide Stamp No.10667/2018. The statement is accepted.

In that view of the matter, order dated 7.2.2018 stands confirmed. The civil application for grant of Stay is allowed and disposed of. 5.

Needless to mention that the claimants will be entitled to file an application for withdrawal of the amount.
