Heard the learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

The petitioners have challenged the order dated 22.11.2016 passed by the learned 2nd Jt. Civil Judge Junior Division, Nagpur, whereby the application made by the petitioners seeking relief of temporary injunction came to be rejected. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that this petition has became infructuous inasmuch as the civil suit in question came to be dismissed in default on 09.01.2023. It is, therefore, apparent that this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of, as having rendered infructuous.
