Mrs. U.A. Bhattad, learned Counsel for the appellants and Mrs. Mrunal Naik, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 are present. Appellant Nos.1 and 2 are also present. They are identified by their learned Counsel. 2.

The parties have settled their dispute in terms of compromise mentioned in Form-H, which is duly signed by appellant Nos.1 and 2 and the respondents along with their respective Counsels. Appellant No.3, being a minor, appellant No.1 has signed the compromise on his behalf in the capacity of his natural guardian. The contents of the compromise are read over to them. They admit the execution and accept the terms of the said compromise. 3.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise mentioned in Form-H.
