Heard learned counsel for the applicant. After perusal of the investigation papers and the fact that trial is already commenced and nine witnesses have been examined. Hence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to expedite the trial.

Learned trial Court has already examined the nine witnesses. However, considering the fact that there is a long gap i.e. of four months of examining the two witnesses. The learned trial Court shall make every endeavor to conclude the trial at the earliest. 4.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
