This application is for condonation of delay of 30 days which is caused in preferring the appeal. 2.

Notices to the respondents are served, none appears for the respondents.

As per contention of the learned Advocate Mr. Joshi for the appellant that the necessary documents were already sent to the higher officials for obtaining the approvals, however, the approvals was not received in time and, therefore, delay of 30 days is caused in preferring the appeal. The reason mentioned in the application appears to be just and reasonable one. 4.

In view of that, application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, application is allowed and delay of 30 days is condoned.
