In view of the overwhelming material on record to show that the applicant sexually exploited the child victim who was then 11 years old, I expressed disinclination to entertain the application.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant states that instead of rendering an elaborate order, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the bail application unconditionally.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified and paid in accordance with the rules.
