For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque of decreetal amount of Rs. 2,25,215/- vide cheque No.836221 dated 06-06-2017 in this Court. Accordingly, after deposition of the cheque, stay to the impugned judgment and award passed in LAC No.173 of 2003.
