Heard learned Counsel for both the sides. Learned Counsel for Petitioners has no objection for withdrawal of the maintenance amount. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) The Application is allowed.

(B) The Respondent - wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the Petitioner No.1 - husband in this Court.
