This is an application for grant of bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that 14 years girl was kidnapped and subjected for the forceful sexual assault. It further reveals from the investigation papers that she was also trafficked for the purpose of the prostitution.

Considering the gravity of the offence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 5.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
